3/4 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 cup rolled oats (optional for extra crunch)
1 tbsp sesame seeds or flaxseeds (optional)
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon powder (optional)
1–2 tbsp honey or maple syrup (if dates aren’t sweet enough)
2 tbsp coconut oil or ghee
2–3 tbsp water (as needed to bind)
