Ingredients:
• ½ cup sprouts
• ½ cup spinach
• 1–2 green chilies, 1 tsp ginger
• 2 cups wheat flour
• Water as needed to make soft dough.
• Oil – 1 tbsp ( for kneading dough)

For potato filling
Boiled potatoes- 4
Paneer – 1/2 cup
Oregano/ mixed herbs- 1 tbsp
Coriander leaves
Salt
Black pepper

Method:
1. Blend sprouts, spinach, chili, ginger, and ½ cup water into a paste.
2. Add this puree and Make soft dough with flour, water, and oil.
3. Stuff dough balls with Fold 1:Butter + red chilli flakes. , Fold 2 – potato + paneer + oregano+ salt+ coriander leaves, Fold 3: Grated cheese.
4. Roll with light hands dusting with dry flour.
5. Cook on a hot tawa with a little oil until golden.
6. I packed strawberries and home made Muffins 🥰 too
