-2 tbsp Cornflour
-2 tbsp Ghee or Oil

Ingredients:
For Dough:
-1 cup wheat flour
-1 tsp gram flour (besan)
-¼ tsp salt
-Water as required
-1 tsp ghee or oil (for greasing)
For Stuffing:
-1 big boiled potato (grated)
-1 medium onion (finely chopped)
-1 green chili (chopped)
-½ inch ginger (grated)
-A handful of chopped coriander leaves
-½ tsp red chili powder
-½ tsp roasted cumin (jeera) powder
-½ tsp coriander powder
-Salt to taste
For Cooking:
-Ghee or oil as needed
