15-minute dinner for stable blood sugars with Type 2 Diabetes

This meal is HIGH in protein and fiber, and just 3 grams of added sugar per serving from the honey

Add to a bowl:

4 C shredded Brussels sprouts
1 medium diced red apple
1/3 C dried cranberries (reduced sugar)
1/4 C sunflower seeds

Whisk together:

1/4 C olive oil
1 Tbsp white truffle oil
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 Tbsp honey
1 tsp lemon zest
1/4 tsp black pepper
Dash of salt

Makes 4-5 servings 💙
