2 Days Out — The Carb Loading Diet 🔥

After months of being in a calorie deficit, today I finally got to eat carbs again — and the pump was insane 😤💥

With 170g protein and 2500 calories, this is my official carb loading day, just 2 days before my first Natural Bodybuilding Show (WNBF).

The day started with 2 glasses of warm water, completing my steps with Chahat, and visiting the temple before my meals 🙏

Meal 1:
100g Oats + 1 scoop Whey Protein + 350ml Skimmed Milk

Meal 2:
100g Low-fat Paneer + 300g Cooked Rice + Veggies

Meal 3 (Pre-Workout):
400g Low-fat Dahi + 1 scoop Whey Protein + 250g Banana — my favorite pre-workout meal 🍌

Today’s session was a full upper body workout, and with all those carbs, the pump felt unreal 🔥
Had posing practice with WNBF Pro Yuva Sir and Team Natty Yuva — learned a lot from them 🙌

Meal 4 (Dinner):
100g Low-fat Paneer + 300g Cooked Rice

Tomorrow is Carb Up Day 2, let’s see how the body fills out before stage 💪
