Okra / Lady Finger Overnight Water ⬇️
Ingredients:
Fresh okra (bhindi) – 50-60 gm
Water – 1 glass (about 250 ml)
Lemon juice – ½ tsp (optional, for added vitamin C)
Method:
-Slice 3–4 okra pods and soak them overnight in 1 glass of water.
-In the morning, strain and drink on an empty stomach. (Optional: add a few drops of lemon juice for extra vitamin C and taste).
