Mexican Salad (Recipe ⬇️)
Wholesome Mexican protein salad – quick, tasty & power-packed!”
Ingredients:
• 150 g boiled rajma
• 50 g boiled sweet corn
• 70 g low-fat paneer (crumbled)
• 100 g Greek yogurt (hung curd)
• 1 tomato (chopped)
• 1 onion (chopped)
• ½ cucumber (chopped)
• 1 green chili (chopped, for garnish)
• Salt, pepper, lemon juice to taste
Recipe:
1. In a large bowl, add boiled rajma, corn, paneer, Greek yogurt, tomato, onion, and cucumber.
2. Season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
3. Mix everything well until combined.
4. Top with chopped green chili and serve fresh.
