Here’s a simple & tasty Mix Veg Paratha Recipe 🥕🥔🌽
Perfect for breakfast, lunchbox, or dinner.
🫓 Mix Veg Paratha Recipe
🥗 Ingredients
2 cups wheat flour
1 cup mixed vegetables (finely grated)
(carrot, cabbage, capsicum, onion, boiled potato, peas – any mix)
2 tbsp finely chopped coriander
1–2 green chillies (finely chopped)
1 tsp grated ginger
½ tsp red chilli powder
½ tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp cumin powder
½ tsp garam masala
Salt to taste
Water (as needed)
Oil or ghee for cooking
👩🍳 Method
Prepare Veg Mix
In a bowl, add grated vegetables, coriander, green chilli, ginger, all spices, and salt. Mix well.
Make Dough
Add wheat flour to the veg mixture and knead into a soft dough using little water (if needed). Rest for 10 minutes.
Roll Parathas
Divide dough into equal balls. Roll each ball into a medium-thick paratha using dry flour.
Cook Paratha
Heat a tawa, place the paratha, cook on medium flame. Flip and apply oil/ghee on both sides. Cook till golden brown spots appear.
Serve Hot
Serve hot with curd, butter, pickle, or green chutney.
