Healthy Vegan Deli Meat | GF Ham (Pt 5)

In Part 5 of my Healthy Vegan Deli Series, I’m showing you how to make a smoky, slightly sweet, sliceable vegan ham that’s completely gluten-free and can also be made nut-free with sunflower seeds. This easy homemade deli meat is perfect for sandwiches, wraps, and meal prep — and yes, it actually slices!

This video is inspired by the mortadello recipe featured on the channel @LivingLikeAPanda

To show just how versatile this vegan ham is, I’m also using it in a Hawaiian-inspired pineapple “ham” macaroni salad that’s creamy, tangy, slightly sweet, and perfect for picnics, BBQs, or quick lunches.

In this video you’ll learn:

✔ How to make a sliceable vegan deli ham at home
✔ How to adjust the recipe for a nut-free version
✔ How to infuse smoky, cured-ham flavor without meat
✔ How to make a creamy Hawaiian pineapple ham macaroni salad

Both recipes are plant-based, gluten-free, and great for meal prep all week long.

If you’re trying to eat healthier, save money, or simply have more fun in the kitchen, this one’s for you.
