Ingredients:
To boil daal-
• 1 cup Masoor daal
• 3-4 cups Water
• 1 tsp Haldi
• 1 tbsp Salt
Tadka-
• 2-3 tbsp Oil
• 1 tbsp ghee
• 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
• 2-3 chopped green chilli
• 1 chopped onion
• 3 small roughly chopped tomatoes
• 1 tbsp Kasuri Methi
• 1/2 tsp Hing
• Salt – According to your taste
• 1 tbsp Kashmiri Laal mirch
• 1 tbsp Dhaniya powder
• 1/2 tbsp Garam Masala
