Welcome to SheebasCookeryWorld. In today’s video, lets see the recipe of Broccoli Paneer Cutlets, which are delicious and healthy.

Ingredients:
Finely Chopped Broccoli – 1 cup
Grated paneer – 1/2 cup
Boiled and mashed potato – 1 big
Cooking Oil – 1.5 tbsp
Jeera/Cumin Seeds – 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste – 1.5 tsp
Chopped Onion – 1 big
Asafoetida/Hing – 1/4 tsp
Salt – 3/4 tsp or to taste
Chopped green chillies – 2 nos.
Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala – 1/2 tsp
Chopped coriander leaves – 1/4 cup
Bread crumbs – for coating the cutlet
Maida slurry – for coating the cutlet
Oil – for shallow frying

Preparation:
Heat oil in a pan.
Add jeera and wait until it splutters.
Add the ginger garlic paste and fry until the raw smell is gone.
Add chopped onion and fry well.
Add asafoetida to this.
Add in salt and saute until the onion turns soft and changes its colour.
Add chopped green chillies and mix.
Add chopped brocolli and saute for 2 to 3 minutes.
Add turmeric powder and garam masala and mix well.
Add grated paneer and cook for a minute.
Add the mashed potato and mix well.
Finally add chopped coriander leaves and remove from flame.
Once the mixture has cooled down, make equal portions of the mixture and shape them into patties.
Make a slurry out of maida and water.
Dip each of the patties in the slurry and coat with breadcrumbs.
Heat oil in a pan. Shallow fry each of the patties on both sides on a low flame until golden brown.
Repeat the same with the remaining patties until all are done.
Serve hot along with tomato ketchup.
