🥪 Healthy Veg Protein Sandwich (Quick Recipe)

Ingredients
• 2 slices whole-grain bread / brown bread
• 3 tbsp hung curd / Greek yogurt
• ½ cup finely chopped veggies (capsicum, carrot, onion, cucumber, corn)
• Salt + black pepper
• Chilli flakes + oregano
• Optional: paneer / tofu cubes
• Butter / ghee very light OR toast dry

Method
1️⃣ Mix hung curd + veggies + spices.
2️⃣ Spread thick layer on bread.
3️⃣ Add paneer/tofu if using.
4️⃣ Toast on pan until crispy OR air fry.
5️⃣ Slice & enjoy guilt-free.
