Crunchy bread cups filled with a creamy Nutella–peanut butter chocolate filling, topped with apple & hazelnuts ✨
Made using whole wheat bread, no refined sugar, and just 2 tbsp Nutella.
If you love Nutella but want a healthier dessert, this recipe is for you!

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 12 minutes
Serves: 6

Ingredients
For Crunchy Bread Cups
6 slices whole wheat bread
Butter – for brushing
For Nutella Chocolate Filling
¼ cup warm milk
2 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder (adjust thickness)
2 tsp honey
2 tbsp Nutella
2 tbsp unsweetened peanut butter
For Topping
Apple – finely chopped
Roasted hazelnuts – crushed
Cocoa powder – for dusting

Method
1️⃣ Trim bread edges, flatten slightly & brush butter on both sides.
2️⃣ Make small cuts from the centre on all 4 sides.
3️⃣ Press into muffin mould / steel katori.
4️⃣ Bake at 170°C – 10 min (lower rod ON), then 2 min (upper rod ON) till golden. Cool completely.
Filling:
Mix warm milk, cocoa powder, honey, Nutella & peanut butter till smooth. Fill in piping bag.
Assemble:
Fill bread cups, top with apple & hazelnuts, dust cocoa powder.
Serve immediately for best crunch 🤎

Tips:
• Butter both sides for crisp cups
• Centre cuts help perfect moulding
• Cool cups fully before filling
• Best enjoyed fresh
