Looking for a quick and healthy lunch box recipe that is pure veg (without onion and garlic), here is what you can try..
Ingredients –
200 grams paneer
1/4th green capsicum
1/4th red bell pepper
1/4th yellow bell pepper
1 green chilly (or as per taste)
1/4th tsp haldi powder
1/2 tsp jeera powder
1 tsp dhaniya powder
1/4th cup dahi
Salt as per taste
Process –
Mix the above mentioned ingredients, cover it and keep it aside for 10-15 mins (prepare the rotis/chapatis/parathas meanwhile)
Take some butter and add it to a tawa
Add the mixture and cook it on high flame for 5-6 mins
Once the filling is ready, put it in the middle of the roti/paratha and roll it (you can add some green chutney or tomato ketchup if you like it or if you feel the filling is dry..)
Garnish it with some grated carrots and cucumber..
