Benefits of having spinach –

Palak Paneer Ingredients (5 to 6 servings)

Spinach – 250 grams

Cashews – 15 – 20

Green chilli – 5 to 10

Cumin – 1 teaspoon

Cardomoms – 4 to 5

Cinnamon – 2 inches

Cloves – 4

Onion – 2 cups

Tomato – 1.5 cups

Ginger Garlic paste – 2 teaspoons

Garam Masala – 1 teaspoon

Salt, to taste

Kasuri Methi – 2 tablespoons

Paneer – 300 grams

Lemon Juice, to taste
