3 ingredient chocolate blender cake – the fudgiest, high protein snack or dessert. I did a mixture of protein powder and cacao but feel free to just do cacao if you don’t like protein-y flavour/ texture
2 medium apples, roughly chopped
2 eggs
1/4 cup cacao powder
or 1/4 cup chocolate protein powder
+ 2 tbsp cacao
Dash of water or milk, if required
1. Preheat oven to 170°C. Line a small baking dish with baking paper.
2. Blend apples, eggs and cacao/ protein until completely smooth. If needed, add a dash of water or milk to loosen.
3. Pour into tin and smooth the top.
4. Bake for 30 minutes until just set in the centre.
6. Cool completely before slicing – it firms up as it cools.
