Salt
Turmeric

Fresh cream
Warm water

3️⃣ Blend with coriander & mint to make a paste
4️⃣ Fry whole spices in ghee

7️⃣ Add warm water to form gravy
8️⃣ Add paneer, cream & kasuri methi
9️⃣ Cook for 1-2 minutes and serve hot
