For Chicken Marinade
1 teaspoon ginger garlic powder
1 teaspoon red chili powder
½ teaspoon roasted cumin powder
1 teaspoon black pepper powder
1 teaspoon paprika powder
1 egg
½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon hot chili sauce or SCHEZWAN Sauce
For Dry Coating
½ cup all-purpose flour
⅓ cup cornflour
1 teaspoon chili flakes
1 teaspoon black pepper powder
For Wet Coating
Water as required
👉 Method (Step By Step)
Add garlic powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, paprika powder, black pepper powder, egg, salt, and hot chili sauce to a bowl. Mix everything well.
Add the chicken strips to this mixture and coat them evenly.
In another bowl, combine all-purpose flour, cornflour, salt, chili flakes, and black pepper powder. Mix well.
Coat the marinated chicken strips in the flour and cornflour mixture.
Dip the coated chicken strips in plain water.
Coat them again in the flour and cornflour mixture for extra crispiness.
You can freeze the coated chicken strips for later use. They can be stored in the freezer for up to one week.
Fry the chicken strips on medium to high flame until they turn golden and crispy.
