🛒 Ingredients
200g Milky Mist Greek Yogurt
1 scoop chocolate whey protein
Handful blueberries and strwaberries
1 tbsp mixed seeds (chia + flax + pumpkin + sunflower)

1. In a chilled bowl, add the Greek yogurt.
2. Mix the whey protein slowly to avoid lumps (add 1–2 tbsp water or milk if too thick).
3. Top with fresh blueberries.
4.Sprinkle mixed seeds on top for crunch.
5.Optional: Add 1 tbsp of honey for extra sweetness
