Ingredients :

– 3 Cup Dosa batter
– 2 Fresh Red chillis
– 1/3 Cup Fresh green Garlic/spring Garlic
– Salt
– Oil/butter

Method :

– Divide dosa batter into 3 equal parts
– Grind fresh Red Chillies & salt together
– Combine red chilli paste in Dosa batter
– Keep aside
– Grind fresh fresh Green Garlic & salt together
– Combine Garlic paste in Dosa batter
– Keep aside
– Heat dosa tawa spread all batters one by one as shown in video
– Pour oil or Butter
– Make dosa crispy & serve with chutney of your choice
