NUTTER BUTTER CHEESECAKE BOWL
Makes 2 Servings
Per Serving: 503 Calories | 65g Protein | $2.45
1% Cottage Cheese 4 cups | 907g
Monk Fruit Sweetener 3 tbsp | 36g
Vanilla Extract 1 tbsp | 13g
Lemon Juice 1 tbsp | 15g (1/2 lemon)
Peanut Butter Powder 4 tbsp | 24g
Sugar-free Vanilla Pudding Mix 1 tbsp | 8g
Water 2 tbsp | 30g
Nutter Butter Cookies 6x | 84g
Salt
1. Blend everything except the cookies.
2. Crush 3 cookies and stir them into the blended mixture.
3. Divide the mixture evenly into 2 jars or ramekins.
4. Crush the remaining cookies and sprinkle them evenly over the tops of the servings.
5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, and enjoy.
