Ingredients
6 eggs
6 tbsp cottage cheese
2 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp cream of tarter
1 cup blueberries
1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
– [ ] Pre heat the oven to Bake 300F
– [ ] Seperate the egg yolks from the whites
– [ ] Add the cottage cheese and vanilla to the egg yolks and blend until smooth.
– [ ] Use a hand mixer on the egg whites and then add the cream of tarter and sugar and continue to mox until thick. Mix On high for 3 minutes.
– [ ] Now add your yolks to the whites and mix with a spoon.
– [ ] Now add to a baking sheet throw in your blueberries and put into the oven for 30 Minutes.
