2 Serves
For the Manchurian Cubes –

40 g Soya Chunks (soak in water & then boil it before using )
300 g mixed veggies (cabbage, cauliflower, carrot
1 tsp Crushed Ginger
1 green chilli
1 tbsp chopped coriander stem
1 tbsp chopped coriander
2 tbsp chilli paste
Salt & Pepper
3 tbsp Besan
3 tbsp Rice Flour
2 tbsp Corn flour

Sauce & Gravy –
1 tsp oil
5 to 6 cloves of garlic
2 spring onion
1 tsp ginger (some grated, some chopped)
2 tbsp chilli garlic sauce (homemade)
1 tbsp chilli paste
2 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
1 cup water
Some broth powder
1 tbsp corn flour mixed in water
Salt to be added only if required
