S’MORES BAKED OATS
Macros: 462 cals, 30.5P, 59.5C, 12F
Ingredients:
45g oat flour
10g crushed graham crackers
100g nonfat Greek yogurt
1 egg
60g egg whites
25g zero calorie sweetener
2g baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
10g marshmallows
10g mini chocolate chips
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 400F
Combine all ingredients (except marshmallows and chocolate chips) in a bowl
Spray a 6.5 inch cast iron skillet with cooking spray, then pour the batter in
Add toppings and bake for 15 mins
Enjoy!
BISCOFF BAKED OATS
Macros: 468 cals, 30P, 53C, 15.5F
Ingredients:
45g oat flour
2 crushed biscoff cookies
100g nonfat Greek yogurt
1 egg
60g egg whites
10-15g biscoff spread
25g zero calorie sweetener
2g baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 400F
Combine all ingredients in a bowl (except the Biscoff spread and one of the crushed cookies)
Spray a 6.5 inch cast iron skillet with cooking spray, then pour half the batter in
Add the Biscoff to the middle, then pour the rest of the batter over and bake for 12-14 mins
Take them out of the oven, then top with the other crushed Biscoff cookie and enjoy!
CHOCOLATE COVERED BANANA BAKED OATS
Nutrition: 463 cals, 30.5P, 62C, 12F
Ingredients:
50g oat flour
10g unsweetened cocoa powder
90g nonfat Greek yogurt
1 egg
50g egg whites
20g chocolate chips
80g sliced banana
25g monkfruit sweetener
2g baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
Top with sea salt
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 400F
Combine all ingredients in a bowl (save half the chocolate chips and half the banana)
Spray a 6.5 inch cast iron skillet with cooking spray, then pour the batter in
Top with other chocolate chips and banana
Take them out of the oven, top with sea salt and enjoy!
PEANUT BUTTER CUP FRENCH TOAST
Macros: 476 cals, 39.5P, 47.5C, 16F
Ingredients:
3 slices brioche bread
25g powdered peanut butter
30ml sugar free maple syrup
5g unsweetened cocoa powder
2 eggs
90ml egg whites
20g monkfruit sweetener
1/2 crushed peanut butter cup
Directions:
Cut the crusts off the brioche bread
Combine the eggs, egg whites, sweetener, and cocoa powder in a shallow bowl
Dunk the bread pieces and coat, cook on stovetop for 2 mins on each side on low-medium heat, pour leftover mixture onto bread
Mix powdered PB and maple syrup and spread onto each piece of bread, layering the pieces
Top with crushed PB cups and enjoy!
BISCOFF CHEESECAKE FRENCH TOAST
Macros: 441 cals, 37.5P, 49C, 13.5F
Ingredients:
3 slices brioche bread
2 eggs
90ml egg whites
5g cinnamon
80g nonfat Greek yogurt
5g fat free white chocolate pudding mix
15ml sugar free maple syrup
20g brown monkfruit sweetener
5g Biscoff drizzle
Directions:
Cut the crusts off the brioche bread
Combine the eggs, egg whites, cinnamon, and sweetener in a shallow bowl
Dunk the bread pieces and coat, cook on stovetop for 2 mins on each side on low-medium heat, pour leftover mixture onto bread
Mix greek yogurt, pudding mix, and maple syrup together, then spread onto each piece of bread, layering the pieces
Top with Biscoff drizzle and enjoy!
