Ingredients (samagri)
Ingredients:
• Water: 1 cup (240 ml)
• Cinnamon Stick: 1/2 inch (1.3 cm)
• Clove: 2-3 whole
• Green Cardamom: 1 pod, crushed
• Black Pepper Corn: 2-3 whole
• Tea Leaves: 1/2 teaspoon / 1 tea bag
• Coconut Milk: 1/2 cup (120 ml)
Directions:
1. In a small saucepan, combine water, cinnamon stick, Clove, cardamom, black pepper corn.
2. Boil for 3-5 minutes or until fragrant.
3. Add tea leaves and steep for 1-2 minutes.
4. Strain the mixture into a cup.
5. Add coconut milk and stir well.
