Today, we are making a delicious and nutritious Zero-Oil High Protein Boat. Whether you are looking for a post-workout muscle-gain meal or a healthy weight-loss snack, this recipe is a game-changer. It’s fresh, filling, and incredibly easy to prep!
🥗 Ingredients:
Base: 1 Large Cucumber
The Filling:
Finely chopped Carrots
Beetroot
Fresh Lettuce leaves
1 Cup Fresh Curd (Yogurt)
Seasoning: Black Pepper, Cumin Powder, and Salt (to taste)
Protein Power: 6 Boiled Eggs (Egg whites only)
Garnish: Fresh Coriander and a squeeze of Lemon
📝 Quick Instructions:
Peel the cucumber, cut it lengthwise, and scoop out the center pulp to create a “boat” shape.
In a bowl, mix all the chopped veggies with curd and spices.
Fill the cucumber boats with the veggie-curd mixture.
Slice the boiled egg whites and arrange them on the side.
Garnish with coriander and lemon juice for that extra zing!
