4-6 Slices of Bread (Brown or White)
1 Cup Besan (Gram Flour)
1/2 Cup Water (adjust for consistency)
Finely chopped Onion, Tomato,Capsicum and Green Chilies
Fresh Coriander leaves
Spices: Salt, Turmeric, Red Chili Powder, and Ajwain (Carom seeds)
Oil or Ghee for toasting
[Instructions]
Mix besan, veggies, and spices in a bowl.
Add water gradually to make a smooth, medium-thick batter.
Dip the bread slices into the batter, coating both sides evenly.
Toast on a hot tawa with a little oil until golden brown and crispy.
Serve hot with tomato ketchup or green chutney!
