​4-6 Slices of Bread (Brown or White)
​1 Cup Besan (Gram Flour)
​1/2 Cup Water (adjust for consistency)
​Finely chopped Onion, Tomato,Capsicum and Green Chilies
​Fresh Coriander leaves
​Spices: Salt, Turmeric, Red Chili Powder, and Ajwain (Carom seeds)
​Oil or Ghee for toasting

​Mix besan, veggies, and spices in a bowl.
​Add water gradually to make a smooth, medium-thick batter.
​Dip the bread slices into the batter, coating both sides evenly.
