1/4 cup (60 g) psyllium husk.
1/2 cup (80 g) walnuts. 1/3 cup (60 g) sunflower seeds.
1/4 cup (50 g) flax seeds.

Sweet paprika powder. Ground black pepper.
Olive oil.
Sesame seeds.
Bake in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for about 60 minutes.
1 avocado.
1 tomato.
Fresh parsley.
Salt.
Garlic powder. Ground black pepper.
