This is the exact approach I used to lose 50 pounds and keep it off by eating satisfying meals, not restricting.

🥗 RESET MEAL RECIPE (1 serving)
Butter lettuce
Cucumber
Tomato
½ cup black beans
½ cup brown rice
¼ block tofu (cubed, microwaved or sautéed with low-sodium soy sauce + nutritional yeast)
¼ avocado
Optional: low-fat cheese sauce (Google “Full On Plants cheese sauce”)
OR use my tofu taco sauce (attached to this video, just click it)

✔️ ~400 calories (without sauce – but I use a tiny bit)
✔️ ~15g protein
✔️ ~9–10g fiber
