Pyaz -2 medium chopped
Green chilli 2 chopped
Fresh hara Dhaniya 1 handful
Kashmiri mirch powder -1 tsp
Imli pulp -1 cup
Salt as per taste
Black salt -1 tsp

Sattu ki Roti
Stuffing
Chana sattu-1 cup
Kalonji, Ajwain, hing, kita hua lehsun, green chilli
Pyaz -1 medium chopped
Bharwa lal mirch masala -1 tbsp
Coriander leaves -1 tbsp
Mustard oil -1 tbsp
Salt as per taste

Wheat flour -1 cup
Salt -1/2 tsp
Water for kneading
