FOR THECHA BASE
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
2 Nos Green Chillies
10–15 Nos Garlic Cloves
1 Handful Fresh Coriander Leaves
FOR AVOCADO MIXTURE
1 No Avocado
1 No Cheese Cube
⅓ Tsp Black Pepper Powder
10–15 Nos Mint Leaves
Juice Of 1 Lemon
Salt To Taste
FOR ASSEMBLY
2 Cubes Butter (1 Cube For 2 Pav)
4 Nos Ladi Pav
4–5 Nos Tomato Slices
4–5 Nos Onion Rings
7–8 Nos Salted Wafers (Crushed)
Mixed Herbs
Grated Cheese (Around 1 Cube For 2 Pav)

METHOD
1. Heat Olive Oil In A Pan, Add Green Chillies, Garlic And Coriander Leaves, Sauté Lightly And Transfer To A Mixer Grinder.
2. Add Avocado Pulp, Cheese Cube, Black Pepper, Mint Leaves, Lemon Juice And Salt, Then Grind Into A Smooth Paste.
3. Heat Butter In A Pan And Toast The Pav Lightly From Both Sides.
4. Slit The Pav From The Middle.
5. Spread Avocado Thecha Inside The Pav.
6. Add Tomato Slices, Onion Rings And Crushed Wafers.
7. Sprinkle Some Mixed Herbs And Grate Some Cheese (Around 1 Cube For 2 Pav).
8. Serve Hot And Enjoy.
