This easy kulfi is made with dry fruits and dates, giving you a delicious and guilt free dessert. Perfect for summer cravings!

Ingredients:

• Makhana
• Dates
• Almonds
• Cashews
• Saffron
• Milk
• Cardamom

Method:

1. In a bowl, add makhana, dates, almonds, cashews & saffron.
2. Pour hot milk and soak for 15 mins.
Blend into a smooth paste.
3. Heat milk in a pan and stir till slightly thick.
4. Add cardamom and the prepared paste.
Cook until thick and creamy.
5. Pour into moulds.
6. Freeze for 8–10 hours.
Enjoy chilled 😍
