Ingredients used in this video:
Oil & Mustard Seeds
Green Chilies & Curry Leaves
Chopped Onions
Red and Green Bell Peppers (Capsicum)
Salt & Turmeric Powder
Water
Vermicelli (Semiya)
Fresh Lime Juice (for garnish)
Instructions:
Heat oil and temper with mustard seeds, chilies, and curry leaves.
Sauté onions and bell peppers until tender.
Add salt and turmeric for seasoning.
Pour in water and bring to a boil.
Add the vermicelli and cook until the water is absorbed and the noodles are soft.
Finish with a squeeze of lime and serve hot!
