Ingredients:

1 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla
2 tbsp cocoa powder
3 tbsp chia seeds
1–2 tbsp honey
Greek yogurt (as needed)
Dark chocolate & strawberries (for topping)

Instructions: Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
Before serving, top with Greek yogurt, chopped dark chocolate, and strawberries.

2. Chocolate Date Chia Pudding

Ingredients:

5 dates
5 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp cocoa powder
300 ml milk

Instructions: Blend all ingredients until smooth. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
Top with grated dark chocolate and chopped pistachios.

3. Strawberry Chia Pudding

Ingredients:

1 cup frozen strawberries
3/4 cup milk
3 tbsp chia seeds
1–2 tbsp honey
Greek yogurt (as needed)
Strawberry jam & fresh strawberries (for topping)

Instructions: Blend all ingredients until smooth. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
Before serving, add Greek yogurt, a little strawberry jam, and fresh strawberries.

4. Tiramisu Chia Pudding

Ingredients:

1 double shot espresso
4 tbsp chia seeds
3/4 cup milk
1/2 tsp vanilla
1–2 tbsp honey
Greek yogurt (as needed)
Cocoa powder (for topping)

Instructions: Blend all ingredients until smooth. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
Top with Greek yogurt and dust with cocoa powder.

5. Espresso Banana Chia Pudding

Ingredients:

1/2 banana
1/2 cup milk
1 double shot espresso
1/2 tsp vanilla
4 tbsp chia seeds
1–2 tbsp honey
Greek yogurt
Banana & dark chocolate (for topping)

Instructions: Blend all ingredients until smooth. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
Before serving, top with Greek yogurt, banana slices, and dark chocolate.
