We wanted to try a different version of this recipe so we swapped the vegetables with other veggies.

Our own version of this recipe:
– 3 broccolis
– 6 eggplants
– about 150-200 grams of green beans and green peas
Teriyaki Sauce
– 3 tbsp. soy sauce
– 4-5 tbsp honey (or vegan syrup)
– 1 tsp. sesame oil
– 1 tsp. cornstarch
– 1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes (depends on how you want it to be spicy)
*To be honest, you can just eyeball each ingredient on how you want it to taste! 🙂
