Ingredients.
Chicken boneless 250g
Bread slice 4-6
Cabbage 1/2 cup (chopped)
Capsicum 1/2 (Chopped)
Tomato 1 without seed(chopped)
Onion 1 (Chopped)
Cheddar cheese 1/2 cup
Mozilla cheese 1/2 cup
Red chilli powder 1tsp
Black pepper powder 1/2tsp
Cumin seed powder 1/2tsp
Coriander seeds powder 1/2tsp
Garlic powder 1/2tsp
Salt 1tsp as taste
Soya sause 2Tb sp
Vineger 1Tbsp
Chilli sause 1Tbsp
Tomato ketchup 3Tbsp
Oil 2Tb sp
Oil or butter for greecing
Preparation.
Take a pan with oil, put chicken pieces in it and stir fry a min.
Put a lud and cook for 2 min then fry again .
Add onion and fry then add all spices, sauses and mix well.
Now add all vegetables and fry a min then add ketchup and off the flame.
Take a bread slice and spread this mixture on it the spread cheddar cheese and Mozilla cheese then put on other slice on it.
Make all sandwich like that.
Now take a grill pan greece it with oil or butter and put the sandwich on it.
Greece the other side of the sandwich and grill it 1 mint of each side.
Sandwich is ready.
