[INGREDIENTS]

To make the batter:
1 1/2 Cup Whole wheat flour (Gehun ka aata) 1 Cup = 240 ml
1/4 Cup Sooji/rava
1/2 Cup Sour curd (khatta dahi)
2 Tbsp Ghee
1 1/4 Cup water
1/4 Tsp Baking soda
Salt to taste

To make Aloo sabji:
1 Tbsp Oil
1/2 Tsp Mustard
1/4 Tsp Asafoetida (hing)
1 Small roughly chopped onion
1 Tbsp crushed ginger and garlic
7-8 Curry leaves
2-3 sliced green chillies
1/4 Tsp Turmeric powder
4 Medium Boiled potatoes
Some chopped fresh coriander
Salt to taste

To make the Dosa:
Some oil
1-2 Tsp Ghee
