Recipe:
1 large egg (Organic Pasture Raised)
1 large egg Yolk
1 T mustard
1 cove garlic
1 pinch of salt
3/4 cup of organic avocado oil
Directions:
1. Put 1 egg yolk, mustard, garlic, and salt in vita mix or blender. Mix very well.
2. Now put your blender on low, turn on and drizzle your oil until aioli becomes firm.
Note: Some eggs are bigger, some eggs are smaller, when making you may need more or less oil. When it is thick it is done. Taste test to ensure the flavor is balanced before serving
