Ingredients
• 150 gr (5.3 oz) fat free feta cheese crumbles
• 5-6 sprigs (10 gr, 0.3 oz) Italian (or curly) parsley
• 8 egg roll wrappers
• 2 tablespoons water
• Cooking spray
Instructions
• Chop parsley and mix with feta crumbles.
• Lay out the egg roll wrappers diagonally such that a corner points toward you.
• Put 1.5 tablespoons of the feta and parsley mixture between the corner and the middle of the wrapper and spread out, leaving 1-inch gaps from each edge.
• Fold the corner that is pointed toward you over the mixture, then fold the two side corners inwards such that the whole mixture is wrapped up. Roll tightly. Apply water onto the end corner to seal the roll.
• Preheat the air fryer to 375⁰F (190⁰C) and cook for 11 minutes, flipping the rolls halfway. (The rolls can also be baked in the oven at 375⁰F (190⁰C) for 25 minutes.)
Note: Appliances may vary in cooking power. Please check the doneness frequently and adjust the cooking times as necessary (try to aim for a coloring that is similar to the images).
