Hello friends to day i am making delicious high protein rich soya bean salad recipe .

Ingredients –
Soya bean – 1/2 cup soaked and boiled
Potato – 2 boiled and chopped
Onion – 2 chopped
Cucumber -1 chopped
Tomato – 2 chopped
Salt to taste

For Soya bean Salad Dressing –
Extra virgin oil -2 tbsp .
Lemon juice – 3 tbsp .
Salt , pepper to taste
Garlic clove – 3 grated ( optional )

For Garnishing –
few fresh green coriander leaves chopped .

serve the soya bean salad for weight loss immediately or chilled
