Recipe 01 –
1 Garlic
8 OZ Chicken Breast
2 Medium Size Carrot
2 Chinese Cabbage
2 TBL Sp Olive Oil
2 TBL Sp Soy Sauce
2 TBL Sp Ketchup
Salt
Black pepper
In a large skillet, over medium heat add the olive oil and garlic. Then add chicken, carrot and water. After carrot boiled add Chinese cabbage and sauce mixture. Stir the mixture to combine.
Recipe 02 –
1 Egg
1 Medium Size Tomato
200g Broccoli
100g Cauliflower
1 Garlic
1/2 Medium Onion
1 TBL Sp Light Mayonnaise
1 TBL Sp Ketchup
4 Olives
Spring Onion
Boil the egg and cauliflower, Broccoli and season with salt and olive oil. In a skillet add olive oil and garlic. Add onion, tomato and fry them about 3-4 minutes. Add boiled vegetables and cook for another 4 minutes. Add salad dressing, olives and spring Onion.
