Smoky kielbasa roasted with healthy veggies will surely makes your night full!
Ingredients that I used:
Kielbasa Sausage
1 lb. Bacon (optional)
Yellow Bell Peppers
Green Bell peppers
Carrots
Potatoes
Onion
Cherry Tomatoes
FOR SEASONING:
Olive oil
Parsley
Garlic Salt
Thyme
Salt & Pepper
Red pepper flakes
1/4 cup Chicken Broth
INSTRUCTIONS:
*Pre-heat 375°F
*Chopped off all our vegetables into tiny pieces and add it onto our baking pan.
*Cook our bacon and add it on our mixed veggies.
*Add 1/4 cup chicken broth
*Bake for 15-25 minutes on 375°F
*Serve warm! Enjoy.
