Amazingly popular toasted sandwich that is eaten and loved everywhere in Korea.
Easy to see why.

We attempt to make a similar sandwich, with added red cabbage for colour and crunch.
We left out the cheese and Turkey, to keep it as healthy as possible.
And the kids still enjoyed it, as much as the original
The possibilities for variations of this sandwich means we will try different ones in the future.

TIME NEEDED: 15 mins

INGREDIENTS:
– 2 Eggs
– 1 Cup Green Cabbage
– 1 Cup Red Cabbage
– 1 Cup Carrots
– 1 Shallot
– ½ tsp Salt
– ¼ tsp Pepper
– 4 Bread Slices
– Butter
