My version of a Peanut Butter Apple Pie is one of the most popular dishes I have made to date! It’s nothing fancy, but the taste is out of this world (especially if you love apple pie).
Ingredients:
– 1 apple
– 1 tsp cinnamon
– 1 tbsp peanut butter (optional, but recommended)
1) Cut apple into slices and place in microwaveable dish.
2) Sprinkle cinnamon on apples
3) Microwave for 2 minutes
4) Mix 1 tbsp peanut butter into bowl
5) Enjoy!
