Healthy salad
Salads are best food for those who really want to cut down carbs and added fat from diet. It is always on the top of the list of diet foods. Perfect combination of fresh colorful veggies is essential to get perfect taste of salad. I have explained step-by-step procedure to prepare crunchy, delicious and quick salad.
Ingredients
60 gm Soya Tofu
30 gm Green Gram Sprout
100 gm Yogurt
50 gm Grated Carrot
50 gm Potato
50 gm Chopped Onion
50 gm Chopped Onion
20 gm Corn
5 gm Chopped Coriander leaves
Salt to taste
Chili powder to taste
1/4 Lemon
1/2 tspn Oil
Procedure
🌴 Roast corn in pan on medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes
🍄 Roast soya tofu cubes on medium heat with 1/2 tsp of oil until golden brown
🌺 Put all ingredients in mixing bowl one by one
🌻 Add salt and red chili powder as per your taste
🍀 Squeeze lemon juice and mix well
🌹Salad is ready to serve
