These recipes are HIGH in protein or low calorie to help burn that fat and feel clean inside! However, they’re still filling and have helped me stay away from snacking. ALSO, these can be made to be vegan or not…up to you! They are also super quick and easy to make, and you can even meal prep it if you would like.
