This is my favorite healthy super yummy banana bread! Prepare all the ingredients and let’s cook together! I don’t add sugar, it is healthy, natural and good for your body. Imagine that you wake up and such a yummy breakfast is waiting for you in the kitchen, you make a cup of coffee and enjoy morning sunshine.. so let’s go
dry ingredients:
-250 grams of flour (I use oat and rice flour)
-7 grams of baking soda
-a pinch of salt
-cinnamon
-vanilla
-your favorite nuts and seeds
-dark chocolate
wet ingredients:
-3 ripe bananas
-3 eggs (or 3 tbsp of ground flax seeds + 9 tbsp of water)
-natural unsweetened yoghurt (whole milk or plant-based)
Preheat the oven to 180C or 355F
Peel the bananas and add them to the mixing bowl. Using a fork, mash them into the batter, until completely smooth.
Add eggs (or grounded flax seeds with water – mix and refrigerate for 15 mins before cooking) and stir together.
Add yoghurt and mix it with bananas and eggs.
Cut nuts and chocolate into small pieces.
In another bowl mix all the dry ingredients.
Mix dry and wet ingredients together.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes.I suggest you to check it every 5 mins after 45 mins of baking.
Cool for 10-15 mins and then enjoy!
you can add some nut butter, yoghurt or any sauce you like on top of the slice – it’s up to you. I prefer it just with a cup of coffee.
