Hey guys!

I made this delicious recipe at home today and I would love to share it with you!

Ingredients;

•1 cup of Italian Salad Leaves
•1 cup of Spinach
•1 tablespoon of Chia Seeds
•1/4 cup of chopped Pineapple
•3 tablespoons of Lemon Juice
•Cayenne Pepper,Parsley,Whole Gloves Spices
& Pink Salt
•3 Sliced Mushrooms
•1/2 cup of sliced Green,Red & Yellow Peppers
•2 chopped Green Onions
•2 gloves of chopped Garlic
•1/4 cup of chopped Celery
•1/2 teaspoon of chopped Ginger
•5 tablespoons of Water

PS
Cooking time should be about 7 minutes to avoid overcooking your veggies hence to maintain the crunchiness…
