You’ll need:
Ham
Eggs
Light Cheese
1 calorie spray
Small baking dishes
Salad for serving
1.Spray your little oven dishes with 1 calorie spray and spread it around with you finger, making sure it’s spread around the rim of the pot.
2. Place your ham into the pot, molding it to fit the edges whilst being careful not to rip the ham.
3.Crack your egg into the middle of the ham.
4.Sprinkle with light cheese.
5. Place the pots into a pre heated oven at 180c-190c for around 15 minutes. You can put them in longer for a more well done egg, just make sure the ham doesn’t burn.
6. Serve with salad and enjoy!
