healthy lunch in no time
when it’s comes to make a healthy diet and in very less time ,its quite hard to decide.
But if you have proper knowledge of food then it’s become so easy.
In our lunch
we are using broccoli, egg and tomato.
light boil the broccoli and chop the tomatoes in slices .
Make egg bhurji of eggs in olive or coconut oil.
that’s all guys it will hardly take 10 minutes in entire process.
